About DealForge

Operator-built software for real estate investors

DealForge exists because every active investor we know — wholesaler, flipper, BRRRR investor, small developer — runs their business in a patchwork of spreadsheets, PDFs, comp tools, lender forms, group chats, and shared drives. Numbers drift, comps go stale, draws get mis-tagged, and the deal that should have made $80,000 ends up making $19,000 because nobody had the same version of the budget.

We're building the platform we wished existed when we were closing our own deals: one record per property, every strategy modeled, every number defensible, and every document — lender packet, marketing flyer, draw request — generated from the same source of truth.

Our mission

Give independent operators the same analytical edge that institutional real estate has spent decades buying.

Who we build for

Active investors who care about underwriting truth more than vanity dashboards.

Our principles

Show the math. Defend every number. Make the boring parts fast so the operator can think about the deal.

What we believe about real estate investing

  • Every deal has a math story. Whether it's wholesale, flip, BRRRR, or buy-and-hold, the discipline that makes money is the same: know your numbers, know your comps, and don't fudge the budget to make the spread look bigger.
  • The fastest path to better returns is a better workflow. Most operators lose more money to disorganization than to bad market calls.
  • Your tools should respect your time. Underwriting a property should take three minutes, not thirty.
  • Software shouldn't lock you in. Your data is yours. Export anything, anytime.
